Nudity On Stage/Theatre
 

Firstly- a distinction. I'm talking about acting/drama productions live on stage. As such I don't mean stage striptease/Brulesque acts, nor do I mean MOVIE theatres.

Anyway- here is a collection of plays/dramas that I have seen that contain nudity.

PLEASE HELP me build this up so we can have a good database - plays to look out for!

HAIR- Classic Musical with a massive nude scene at the end of act one.
OH CALCUTTA- Oh wow.
EQUUS- Harry Potter's magic wander alongside a nude actress- for about 10 minutes.
HITCHCOCK BLONDE- Full nudity from an actress- most notably Rosamund Pike- the Fencing Baddy from "Die Another Day"
ROCKY HORROR SHOW- Arbitrary crowd and stage nudity.
MISS JULIE- Full nude, but shocking scene (PM me if you need to know more)
RIGOLETTO- Nude's on stage. In an Opera.
NIGHTS AT THE CIRCUS- Topless Natalia Tena (Fevvers)- who went on to play Tonks in Harry Potter. Also other nudes.
SALOME- Contains a nude seduction scene.
DEAD FUNNY- Nudity, possibly male only.

No, I havn't - although there are some pictures and vids on the main boards. I started this thread really as a point of reference.

I went to see "Hair " performed by college students- it was very good- but I was jaded because I only caught it on the last day. Hopefully in future if a decent sounding play is coming up someone could use this thread for a "heads up."

Edie Falco(from The Sopranos) and Stanley Tucci were totally naked for much of the Broadway show "Frankie and Johnny at the Claire de Lune".

Also, Marissa Tomei showed her bare boobs in Salome (I think it was off-Broadway).

Can't take the credit for the shot - came from the Daily Mail I think. I found it somewhere on the web.

Someone has previously posted the great dance in 'Le Sacre du Printemps'. Here Nagisa Shirai gets stripped by her fellow dancers.

What about the Rocky Horror (stage) show. IE not the singalong one, or that thing where you go and its a movie with actors in front.
