repairing corrupt images? help
 

Hey guys, I just used getdataback ntfs to recover some formatted files, most are images. I have the directory structure, size, name, format are all correct however they do not open. Unreadable. What are some options in terms of software to fix this? I have lots of files, so batching would help.

Should I use another recovery 'ware? What are good image repair softwares?

some recovery tools can recover data, but you then need to rename the file extension, depending on how your PC is setup. Some programs may also rename any data recovered, which can be a pain.

The total data recovery has been somewhat successful, however I am stuck with many corrupted jpegs and some videos (i think i can fix the vids) ... so that leaves me yearning for a image repair software, for corrupt images, not lost ones.
