I agree, they just cant make fake boobs look right.

She just went a little on the large size for her skin. It will stretch some and they will look more natural later.

I definitely prefer the before pics. The after pics don't even look like boobs, just deformed growths.

I preferred the before picts as well. Big, small, saggy, or perky I love natural tits
