One Click Pass Registration Help
 

I want to upgrade my account from free to One Click Pass Membership, however when I go to the registration site, I select "upgrade" and then I get an error message that says my username is not in the database. I typed it exactly as it is on the forums (the most common mistake, I know...), but I also tried it other ways as well. So, is it a separate database and I have to register anew, or has it not updated yet, or am I just plain doing something wrong?? Although, I'm SURE it couldn't possibly be that last option... :)
(I told you I was a pain in the butt - I'm going to get banned before I even get registered!!) :p

We've seen this glitch a few times for unknown reasons.

Sometimes it may be quicker and easier to get a pass with a new username and we can always change it for you afterwards.
