Has anyone seen her before?

She is a girl I chat with - but I´m not sure if it´s really her or if these pics are from somewhere in the internet.

Hmm.. somehow the first one seems familiar, but what is the real name of the image? Maybe that shows a light on it. Also, did you check the EXIF-information of the pic? Maybe she told you these are recent pics when they were taken some years ago?
Also, the latter two are difficult to resemble because they are just too blurry. That last one is familiair (well, the background that is) but I cannot verify that.

Hope for you she's real and that you will receive many more pics. (Maybe post them in here too?)

ps: checked EXIF information and the first image was taken on christmas 2005 and the last one on 2004-11-24. Both are taken with an Olympus Optical CO. LTD 300D camera and chaned by ACDSee.
Maybe that will get you somewhere.

The pictures are old, indeed...

The file name is: "10873[...]_full,r,500x500.jpg".

Did you ask what camera she uses for these pics? Did you ask her when she took these (and remember her age, subtract the time since taking the pictures from that and you will probably see that is not possible)
And would you mind placing some more in here? We're always interested of cause. And since I think these are not her own pics you can do that without any hurt.
