I see that some post have votes and are rated, how do you do that?

You have to be a One Click Pass member in order to rate threads. This prevents anonymous people from maliciously voting threads with a 1 star. That being said, thread ratings don't really matter much around here. I've found that a good, written comment is much more welcomed.
