When you are starting a thread or replying to a post, you just click the "Manage Attachments" button and upload the pics. You have to scroll down a little bit on the posting screen. The button is in "Additional Options". You can only upload 10 pics for one post, and after that you will have to reply to the post and upload the next 10. If you need any more help, just ask.
