The video looks like they're interviewing Miss Salerno now (or recently) and playing the video in the background to "Embarass" her a little bit - sort of a retrospective on her past "achievements". Does anyone know what Italian TV show that is (assuming its Italian)? I think I've seen a couple of video clips like this one, where the show interviews someone and a clip from their past is shown in the background...

Mediaset, whose logo appears on the video, is Silvio Berlusconi's network (the ex-President). Unfortunately I can't remember what show it is, but you're right that this sort of "retrospective" was a repeat thing. There's a funny one with Eva Grimaldi (if I remember right), where they're showing some sex scene in a bathtub and she's obviously mad they're showing it. Sabrina Salerno has a much better sense of humour.
