In my opinion the best western cartoons is the Rooie Oortjes a Dutch series They are high quality and many involve ENF

If by Western you mean European, there is always Milo Manara.

He is the King of ENF erotic comics.

My personal favorite: Butterscotch 2, the opening scene where a scientist tricks the girl into giving her an invisibility formula. He has her strip, and shave, and then she walks out into the public streets stark naked, but thinking she cannot be seen. Doesn't get better than that!

Think the guy means non anime stuff ^^' Seems that the anime thread has loads of stuff from places other than japan and not in the anime style. If you want I could sort the thread if you gave me the ability to do so, lol :p

Well I've long thought that both topics deserve their own thread. I think someone asked for a larger version of this first pic, so to start I'll toss up a few more zimmerman.
