I saw this on here a while back in a mixed bag, I believe that I know this chick, she's a major hottie, but its hard to tell for sure from this funny angle. Are there anymore pics of her out there? Thanks in advance to anyone who gives it a try...

That's a Ukranian or Russian pro model who has gone by various different names. I have seen her listed a couple of times as Petra. I think she did a Bang Bros video among other things. I agree she is beautiful but she probably isn't the person you know unless you mean that you know her work. Or unless you live in the Ukraine. :)
