I have to think she didn't know her skirt was flipped up like that. I doubt very much that she would intentionally do that at a kids' award show, though it does appear from what I can tell, that she isn't wearing panties. Either way, excellent find. Thank you.

An excellant find, but knowing teens she's probley wearing a thong or some other form of string underwear...

I just have this gut feeling that this isn't an accident. I mean, maybe if she hadn't had that very obvious nip-slip earlier, I could believe it was an accident. But you'd think a girl would know that running in a flowy skirt would have that effect.
