I dont remember where i got this clip. Seems to be from some old or just a strange movie. Its alittle choppy on my computer, but I hope it runs smooth for everyone else.

The last shot has Kabuki Man, or whatever his name is, a popular action hero in the Troma movie industry (b-movies)

Yeah, it's from Sgt. Kabukiman, NYPD. Very, very strange movie. But what else could I expect from Troma?
