If my memory is not failing, the video was a commentary about how society would not blink an eye if women were to walk around nude. That only "outdated" laws and "uptight" reglious people "force" clothes on others...this clip followed the woman around a busy town and filmed the reactions of people in the street, and then closed with the group buying the lady a dress that she put on then wore home......course I could be wrong, I ran across the video a year or so ago....
