Just curious, has anyone here ever really seen a girl totally naked in public or even topless other than at a beach?

I have. It was a friend of mine who walked around the neighborhood with me completely naked. We were drunk and it was in the middle of the night so I don't know if that's really that public.

Also I've seen plenty of topless girls at concerts. Even saw a drunk girl get topless at a bar - but she was gross.
