Video Previews and on site playing not working
 

Video previews do not appear to be working. They load and play fine but the ability to watch them on the site without downloading them is not working

No videos , no previews
 

I can't either for days now

We haven't made any changes to the way we serve the streaming videos for quite a while. We have been having an intermittent site wide issue that has been causing all page loads to be slower sometimes for the past week.

Since this streaming video problem isn't happening to everybody right now, let's try to figure out what the members having this issue have in common. For us to help troubleshooting this problem, please give us as much information as possible.

• What error(s) are you seeing? Or at what point in the video player loading does it stop?
• What sort of device are you using?
• What browser are you using?
• Are you using any antivirus software?
• Are you using a VPN?
• Are you viewing the site with the "Desktop Style" or "Mobile style"? (The style chooser is at the bottom left of every page)

If anybody was experiencing this problem and has found a workaround. Please share it with everyone here.

They are working now. There was no error message, they just were not visible. The download link for the vids were there but the preview and option of viewing on the site did not appear. All good right now

And they are gone again today. In addition to the preview window, the site selection option at the bottom of the page is now gone also

This sporadic "On again, off again" issue being worked on.

When trying to send PM's out or Post on thread and even looking around the site-
This is what keeps coming up most of the time!

•Make sure the web address https://forum.oneclickchicks.com is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.






Fix connection problems

This is what I got trying to Fix the Problem!
 

A note came back telling me that the site (OCC) is Not responding to my connection attempt !
Not sure if that Helps out for making things better?

Same sporadic problem on my end — previews were fine yesterday, gone again today, with no error message, just not visible. I tried a different browser and it behaved the same way, so it doesn't look browser-specific here. Hope the fix sticks once it's rolled out.
