Ofcom

Another one of my fave forums has had its access to the UK blocked due to the new Online Safety regulations. I wonder how long before OCC and others are also blocked.

Hope OCC doesn’t get blocked here in UK

It depends on whether ofcom asks them to introduce age verification or not.

Yep. Age verification is common but they ask you to take a photo of yourself majority of the time.

I don't mind that but I'm not giving my bank details.

Is VPN the answer?

cloudflare

A certain celeb forum I love has been blocked by Cloudflare, what the hell is it and is there a way around it?

Opera browser

I read a thread on this subject in a forum on another site and it was suggested that those experiencing this problem should download the Opera browser as it apparently has an in-built VPN.

I don't need it myself, thankfully, but it might be worth a try.
