Could anyone point me in the right direction?

From what I’ve gathered, full forum access may be tied to a certain number of uploads. Is that correct? If so, how exactly does it work?

Previous posts suggested a poster needed 20+ thanks and 2mb+ of uploads.

I've passed both those marks and still don't have private messaging or any ability to post in private groups.
