My albums
 
All my albums were delivered.. why is this so?

Your albums have not been deleted.
We recently made a change to our policy on Albums. Members need to upload attachments in the the Photo Forums first in order to be able to create and manage their own Albums.

Is the number of photos to be uploaded in forum public or secret ?

It's not a specific number of photos.
You would need to post a minimum total of 2MB of photos combined.
