I always thought the ""Walk of Shame", was the morning after when she goes home.....

The walk of shame scene featuring Cersei Lannister occurs in Game of Thrones Season 5, Episode 10
(She used a body double.)

No, but I have fantasized about it. It would be awesome to go with my girlfriend to Dubrovnik (Croatia), have her strip naked, and have her walk a part of the route of the "Walk of Shame" completely naked. :p

" In exhibitionism, the walk of shame may also refer to an exhibitionist walking in public while exposed—either partially or fully naked—and trying to reach a place of safety and privacy "

This is the use of the term that I was familiar with. It was definitely in use back when I was in university. It was a sexist term, in that I never heard it used about a guy. It was for any woman who was seen walking around during morning time, while still wearing (but looking a bit worse for wear) the clothes she had been wearing when she went out clubbing the night before.

The most obvious conclusion jumped to was that she had scored someone the night before and was only now returning home. It was a "walk of shame" purely because she probably wouldn't have wanted people to know what she had been up to.

Angel of the Morning

In this song it is the guy who walks away. But, probably not in shame.
Actually, it is about the woman left behind and the guy walking/running away.

I shared an apartment with a friend in my early 20s and often we would bring a girl home. It was always awkward the next morning. Neither of us drove as we lived in the city so we’d often say our “that was fun hope you have a good day” spiel and send them on their way. Walking home in their clothes from the night before, hair messy, smeared makeup. That’s what I’ve always understood to be a “walk of shame”. Not that a woman should feel shame for getting some dick.

Call a Cab

Guys, call a cab if you can't drive the woman home.

Yeah I was a dumb ass. I may not be much smarter as an adult but I’m definitely less stupid.
