Google Search
Hi Alex,
First up - great site. I love it here. However, I was wondering if it was possible to have the messages part of the OCC forums removed from the Google search index. I was stupid enough to create my account using a nick I also use in other places, and now all it takes is a google search for "mrashes" and it's like half the world being able to look in my browser history and see One Click Chicks. As much as I love this site, there are definitely people I would prefer didn't know I frequented it. I am sure I'm not the only one with this problem, and anyone else who didn't think to create a psuedonym might not have realised the implications (I've been here for over a year and it's only just occured to me). I realise this might be a bit of messing around for you, and it might not be possible, but I know I would greatly appreciate it. In case you're unaware, Google has a little tutorial on removing parts of your site from the search at http://www.google.com/webmasters/rem...#exclude_pages Thanks so much! MrAshes |

We have no plans to remove parts of our site from search engines. However, we can change a user's screen name if necessary. Send me a private message if you need help. Thanks, |
