How to show and react to a single pic?
 

Hello


how do I react "safe" and the same time "show" a single pic of "collection" from attached pics from an older contribution of other members in a thread?
Safe in the sense that i don't get problems as a "not allowed" repost, but also that the (one) pic is linked clearly.
So that i have not to write like "the 2nd from" right 3 row.



a other question -
is there a possibility to vote the easy way (with a website tool that i have to switch on for example) a (every) pic at a "universal" scale from for example 1 to 10. or a simple thumps up / down without(!) using quote?

i missing also a possibility to mark parts of a pic and give a comment, question,.. Like it is possible by some pics in flickr if it was allowed by the uploader
