What is this know when I want to put some URL in post???

"You are only allowed to post URLs once you have shared more".

It's one of the methods our software puts in place to prevent SPAM. This prevents unscrupulous users from joining and posting SPAM links the second they get here.
Once a valid member shares enough to demonstrate they are sincerely contributing here, they will be able to post links.

Also, unless the policy has changed, only hot links are prohibited during this period, so you can still post links if you don't include the https://www. portion of the address...
