I think most women jus don't get it, or don't believe it. But I think most men see a women of most any age or dress as TITS and PUSSY. I see a woman and I check out her tits and crotch. I wonder how she wud look naked and what her pussy wud taste like.
But I think most women see and think of their tits and crotch the same as men think of their own hands, arms or legs...jus something that is there and not anything sexual

For example. my wife is not sexual. Yet she dresses in tite tops and pants. Always a bra but so sexy. She doesn't delibertly show off but I can't keep my eyes off her tits, ass and crotch even tho she if fully dressed

I’d say you need a larger data sample than just your wife and yourself before you can generalise about most women and most men.
