Its a czech site of a diving school in Plsen, western Bohemia.
I have found from a czech image search engine.

It picks up czech personal sites unfindable on Google! Pretty good, try it! ;) Better results if searched by czech words (I have found by "holky" meaning girls), if u r not familiar with the language, here is a dictionary.
