When i try to play some movies
 

I either get a class not registered error. or it tries to download some new files for my players but it says nonthing found

Without any more specific information, I can only guess it sounds like you may need additional codecs for some of the videos. A good first place to start is to make sure you have the most recent versions of Windows Media Player and the DivX codec. There are links for these on our support page.
