60 Second wait between comments in albums.
 

While I understand that this is generally used to discourage flooding and trolling, I would hope that the administrators would consider dropping the 60-second wait to 30 or even possibly 15 seconds.

When a guy has uploaded an album of images of his wife, I'd like to be able to comment on as many pics as possible because I want to acknowledge his wife's beauty as well as show appreciation for them allowing her pics to be shared and encourage them to post more.

I do agree. Though there are some trolls, we who post do appreciate comments on our efforts to share our bounty. I know I like to comment to let others know my appreciation for sharing their pride and joy, but can get discouraged waiting for the time lapse

I would have a zero-tolerance policy for trolling in the album comment sections with all instances of trolling and/or mean-spirited comments being subject to either a very long or permanent ban.

If you share your wife, you and her should be able to enjoy as many comments, compliments, and flirts as you can get.
