Block User / Hide User’s Posts
 

Would be a good feature to allow users to block another / automatically hide their posts, for situations where someone’s talking often or their posts are not to your sensibilities. Seems like there should be forum code existing somewhere to enable this feature.

I think this option already exists. Go to your Control Panel and click on Edit Ignore List
