Need to reset both my password and my linked email!
 

Hello Admin Team

I was hacked and I had to change my email address for recovery. In a time of panic I changed my password to here a now I am not able to remember what I changed it to and the my recovery address is with the one that was hacked.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can update my information, without knowing my current password!

Can't you go to your control panel and do it from there?
Click on - Private Messages (it'll take you to the control panel on the left) - Your Profile - Edit Your Details (there's an edit email & password option there)

Only Admin would have access to your info and even then they might not have access to your password.

Thank you I have tried that and I have sent a message to admin but I have never heard back from them.
you need your old password to make any changes and that is one of my issues - I had to change all passwords and email as I was hacked I had "brain fart" and I can't remember what the new password is. Arggggg
