Thoes pictures are not infact from halloween but are infact from and event called DRAGONCON, a magical place where Ladies dress like that for not just one day but for four wonderous days and nights.

Yep, I try to go every year (www.dragoncon.org). In fact I asked my gf to marry me at the last one.
