(REQUEST) Dress ripped off by car in Asian movie
 

A scene popped into my head. It was on YouTube years ago. This is my butchered summary:

A man is in front of an alley. He either runs from a crowd or goons, or runs after another character. Pretty sure it was a hong kong karate type flick.

The only distinctive scene I remember is a woman climbing a ladder, and her dress is ripped off by a passing car (which was trying to run over the protagonist?) . I cannot remember if it was ENF/EUF but I'm leaning towards EUF. I also can't remember anything about her, her panties, or really anything else.

Like I said, the memory of the scene just came randomly. So very little to go by. Any suggestions or tips?

thanks, this is a great scene and always good to be reminded that independent content creators do EUF. unfortunately it is not the scene referenced in the post. But I know its probably a long shot to find it
