Anklet

I think this is the place to post this. I am planning a weekend for me and my wife in a few weeks and want to make it fun and sexy. I purchased some items (let me know if you want to hear about that) and also bought a nice anklet as I think they are sexy. I was looking around online and came across an article stating that and anklet on the right ankle, which she will wear it, means she is available to play. Is this true or has anyone had a run in with this?

I have been in the lifestyle for the past 30 years. My old lady and I both are currently in the lifestyle. Over the years we have heard of different things that people use to say they are in the life style. Some have come and gone and new ones are coming around currently. I personally have never heard of the anklet. Not to say it isn't something new that I haven't heard of. Many years ago it was putting pink Flamingos in your yard or campsite meant you were swingers.

Now days the upside down pineapple is a sign that seems to be the one that is sticking around. Putting the pineapple upside down in your shopping cart while at the store. Many of my friends put an upside down pineapple flag on their campers. My woman has an upside down pineapple tattoo on her leg. I have an upside down pineapple sticker on the back glass of my truck. My friends have upside down pineapple T-shirts. I belong to a Facebook group called Pineapple fitness. We have our own logo and a friend of ours has started a cloths line just for that. Some of my friends have upside down pineapples on different things like water bottles or purses.

A few years ago the black ring on the right hand was a big thing but it too has seemed to die out. Just a select few people I know still do that. I hope this helps. Good luck finding your your playmates. Let us know how it turns out

I have no idea. The upside down pineapple started from outside my group and it started many, many years ago. As far as that goes; why the pink flamingos or why the black ring on the right hand. lol hahaha

Anklet

My wife wears an anklet with a lock on it whenever we want to have her have sex outside of the marriage. I have the key. I will put it on her right ankle when we (or just she) go out playing and remove it when we are not. If she goes out on a date, I will put it on her for the evening. Whenever she is wearing it, she knows she has the freedom of flirting and getting sex outside the marriage. And I always know when, with whom, and where she is having sex.

It is our way of not cheating on each other, but still allow and open marriage. She ONLY can have extramarital sex with the anklet on. She is comfortable with that. A couple of her frequent partners are fully aware of the anklet's meaning and will not even attempt to seduce her into sex if she hasn't the anklet on. They know the rules. LOL

The pineapple and flamingo sound like they originated in Florida. That's purely just a theory.

The theory on the anklet from Nigbo re ladies of the night wearing them back in the 60s in the UK is interesting. Now interested in finding out the origins of these other items.

Yep! I'd heard that one too - and that's why my other half would never wear one - because her (very old-fashioned) mother had drilled that into her.

I'd never heard of it before that and I'm not sure if left or right had any significance in that context.
