Any reason all pics I download are really low res?

Could be old image
Could be in poor light
Could be processed by contributors to make the upload much quicker.

No. Evwry single image I've downloaded from this site the last while has been really small, and the resolution disappointing. Elsewhere, resolution is as before (so not a problem with my net or browser)

Do images you've uploaded yourself show as lower resolutions as well?

Every single image Ive downloaded is small sized.

And, curiously enough they are all the same, small size.

Silly question, but you're not just looking at the thumbnails are you?
How do you view the images? Do you open then in a new tab, click on an image and view it in the same window?
No one else has reported the same problem. Can you try to view them on another device.

Yes, I got a new browser and it has the 'open image in new tab' where 'open link in new tab 'used to be.
