I have large collection of bondage screen caps from mainstream movies topless/bottomless and full nude but I can not put a video clips because of restrictions. Can I start a new thread under Exhibitionists & Voyeur?

Not if they are models or celebrities. The only place we allow celebrities are links to them in the free sections.
Screen caps may be from copyrighted sources and we can't allow copyrighted material, as far as I know.
