REASONS why ppl DONT reply
 

if i see a vid thats really really outstanding, i post a reply, usualy i just enjoy the video.

sorry if i offend, but unless my posts *which have been few but sufficient* are really outstanding i dont expect to get alot of feed back.


and no offense to you, but this video wasn't really outstanding

also some people want to deny they look at porn so they dont post.

at least thats what a friend told me who visits another site like this. he's got a girlfriend and junk

i understand he doesn't want her catching him typing "AWSOME VIDEO, i just love her, she is so hot,"

that can get pople into trouble. so dont get mad if people don't reply, sometimes its the above reason why they dont post, sometimes they just don't like the clip and dont want to put negative feed back.

Sometimes I don't post replies because one hand is tweaking something and the other hand is pulling something. Haven't learned to type with my toes yet. :o

About this topic, people should post photos & videos because they want to share. It's not just about getting the most replies or best rating. Thousands of people visit OCC every day. I'm sure many are silently enjoying every post. However, if everyone replied to every thread, we would have a real mess on our hands.

OCC is a community built on the spirit of sharing. We have made a place where thousands of people will similar interests can visit. Some threads will get a lot of replies. Others might get none. There is no reason to be discouraged if you are simply posting for the sake of sharing with others and being a part of this community. People do appreciate it.

Because the topic came up again in another post...

Replying is great. Once. The person who made the post gets some props and positive reinforcement.

Replying multiple times is not--all it does is bump the thread.

My "reply" policy: Every few days, I will reply to posts. That way, there aren't tons of bumps with my name on them. Unless the post is exceptional, if there's already a comment, I don't reply. Doesn't mean I don't like what I see, just that I don't want to clutter the board.

I expect the same from everyone else, and, frankly, while I like to see that others liked things I have posted, I don't get broken up about it if no one replies.
