might be prejudiced since my hometown area
but osu has always had a party reputation

the main st facing campus is high st(of course)
it has just about all bars facing across from campus
the fraterniteis and sororities are on side streets running to the east
campus sits to the west
and high high st is the major north south st in columbus

from my days
early to mid 70's
i remember 3 bars that were unlike anything else around then
the castle had three floors with seethru dance floors
talk about upskirts

then there was the agora a theatre that was converted into a bar
and finally the sugar shack
it had a swimming pool inside the bar
nothing like being with drunk chicks in bikinis

and football saturday night
wall to wall bodies up and down high st

last ones
 

the most significant memory of those days tho is this
chili dogs and draft beer at lums when we started the night
that was the routine

I was down there Saturday night! We went to the game, great one at that - too bad we lost. Did you say this is te Sugar Shack? I think we were nearby. at the Library.
