....cause if I recall correctly Fremont is real slow to load...as evidenced by perennial all-star and god Clikr73 who took...what...6MONTHS!!!???!!! to upload last year...
I’m not a snapper but I’ll try to do a bit more sorting and curating on the parade as my effort has been abysmal with WNBR this year

A few pics I took today.

My first Solstice Parade
 

Well today was my first time going to the Fremont Solstice Parade and I must say it was truly a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and upbeat. It was pretty much a naked party that lasted all day.

It seems like the female full frontal nudity was amped up to 1000!

I was at the paint party, rode in the parade and then ended at Gas Works Park.

I'll have some awesome videos when I get back home next week!

Nice group

We have first good flickr album upload, courtesy of flickr user architecturegeek. Some Highlights:

The solstice ride was a success this despite cool temperatures that kept some people away and new rules from the Fremont folks. In the event, it went well although the cycle ride was shorter and quicker than in the past. There were a lot of first-time riders with good spirit. The post-parade event at Gasworks Park was a hit that featured a peek from the sun.
