Lifetime One Click Pass does not work
 

anyone else having this problem? I have a lifetime One Click Pass that supposedly doesn't expire. However, now anytime I want to watch a video, I get a message saying the content is only available to One Click Pass members. I log in using my One Click Pass credentials and it tells me I am a lifetime member, and never need to renew. yet still cannot access any content.

I've reached out to tech support, I've started a ticket, no response.

This doesn't apply to the lifetime pass, but as one who has attempted to contact admin. or even moderators I've never received a reply to my questions. I've gotten disgusted by the lack of response. I don't know what's going on.

This appears to be a username/login issue.

You made this post while logged in as "alpengeist". However, you purchased a One Click Pass for a different username.

In order to enjoy full access you need to logout and then login again with your One Click Pass username "norrasemaj".

Same thing has happened to me. Joined in 2010. Purchased a Lifetime Membership. Enjoyed the site for many years. Then in 2016/2017 when trying to view videos, zip files, etc. I would get the same message saying the content is only available to One Click Pass members. Tried contacting administration several times over several months with now response. Very frustrating and finally gave up. This is a GREAT website and I would love to visit this site again but am not going to pay any more money for access when I already purchased a Lifetime membership. Any help regaining my access would be appreciated.

I can only suggest you try to contact Admin again, mods don't have any control over this sort of thing.
