question for mods about comments

mine, and others as well, have comments deleted from "My wife Miyuki (from Tokyo Japan);" just curious why?

It seems to me that many of the comments are just the same thing over and over again. For a long time, that thread was nothing more than a discussion, and those posts were removed. It appears to be a lot of trouble for someone who only posts a couple pictures a month, and not really good ones at that.
It is not fair to other members who are posting actual content to incessantly bump that thread with no attachments.

Thanks for your reply and I understand that. I hate seeing old threads bumped asking for posts. But I'm talking about comments to brand new pictures; minutes, maybe hours after the single last photo. I understand if he's not liked because he doesn't post a lot at one time, but I do like what the guy posts when he posts. Really wondering if he is deleting the comments or asking the mods to delete the comments.

Members cannot delete comments, only moderators can. In this case, I take responsibility. It was me.
I took notice of this thread a while back when I started seeing the same recycled comments from the same members over and over again, and it seemed to me that the only reason for those comments was to encourage more pictures, which rarely happened, and if it did, was only one picture and another long, drawn-out, implausible story.
We have a THANKS button to show appreciation for a post. It is not necessary to post a comment for every picture someone posts.
I recently found a similar thread from another member that was over 50 pages long. Sometimes, you'd go two pages to find a new picture, scrolling past all the inane comments. I cleaned that thread of all the redundant, monosyllabic comments, and merged many single-photo posts. That thread is now eleven pages. That's how much crap was in there.

I agree that some threads get ruined by too many comments and just about as many threads get ruined by some guy having to post their own fat ass wife in a milf thread. Nothing against their wife, I know they love her, but, nobody else wants to see that.

If you don't want to look at fat wives, don't click on the fat wives threads.
If someone feels compelled to write a comment the length of War and Peace, then drop it in a PM to the poster and save us from having to scroll past it. And personally, I have no interest in how many times somebody wanked today. If I did, I'd cruise the gay sites.
