help - photo manipulation progams
 

looking for two
i know there are pro versions available but looking for free ones
a photo magnification progam
where you can magnify someone in the background like a beach shot
without it turning all fuzzy
2nd a progam that allows you to turn the pic w/o flattening out or distorting
like skew does
i enclosed 3 pics on the 2nd one
think how neat it would be if you could turn them into full frontal pics
or lift the girls face in the other one
any help would be appreciated
