help with iphone please
 

hello. can anyone tell me if there is any way to save pics and videos if you are using an iphone? i have been a paid member for years and have enjoyed and appreciated this forum but now have no internet for desktop due to remote location so have to use an iphone7. i have no trouble browsing and viewing (actually often get 30-40 mbps 4g LTE service) but cant figure out how to download. if anyone could help thanks and once again thanks for the great site and all the great contributions

I have the 6 and to save pics just hold down on the pic until a menu pops up and select save image. Should save to camera roll. Not sure on the vids maybe screen record.

Download and install Myvid Video Downloader on your iPhone. Open the app and then search a video that you want to download. Copy the video URL and then paste it on address bar, next, tap “Save” button. Rename the video to start downloading.

Thanks for the tips. I was able to save photos on my 7 by the method described. I was not, however, able to get that program from the App Store. Assuming it is no longer supported. But for 5 bucks I got a browser called file manager which is perfect (the free version limits downloads). You can download any web video and then transfer it to a USB iXpand thumb drive (30 bucks) if you want to view on a larger screen. Thanks again for the tips.
