I remember someone mentioning Ryan Seacrest ripping open Kathy Griffins shirt during the 2004 Billboard awards, but I don't remember seeing it. Does anyone have this? Thanks!

I made the request a long time ago myself. I have become obsessed with finding it. I hope someone has it and will post it.

I didn't see it but according to her interviews she was wearing a bra :(
