Create a Celebrity Sub-Forum

A lot of Celebrity threads are on Free Sites, so maybe we should have a separate sub section for celebs where people can post photos,videos and links

One Click Chicks was never intended to be a celebrity forum. There are plenty of them out there and OCC doesn't need to be another one. The Free Sites section is in fact the only place where we allow celebrity pictures to be posted, linked off-site:

Creating a celebrity sub-section would only encourage the posting of celebrity content, which we are trying to keep to a minimum.
