When will post appear?
 

Posted a response to a thread yesterday and still do not see it. How long does it generally take to have a post approved or what ever the process is? I know when I posted a message came up and I assume it told me all of this but like everyone else (probably) I did not read before I acknowledged it...

I think you made a mistake somewhere, try again.

His post was in the Moderation Queue and has already been dealt with, so no mistake was made. Posts that end up in the Mod Queue are dealt with as soon as a Moderator sees them, but may be in there up to several hours.
