Just a random, yet educated guess, from the overall design, layout, and setup of the pic, it kinda looks like a screencap from a film possibly produced by rge-films. I can't say what film, but they provide rather nice galleries for pretty much every film on their website. But be sure, I did say that this was a guess. Any other opinions?

I don't know. I think it looks more like a set from a photo session at spankedschoolgirl.com. I can't tell you which one or for certain but the image quality and poor lighting is very reminiscent of their work. :)

I know this move. Its about 25 minutes film about spanking and humiliating girls. Behind that desk on the left a man is sitting who forced that girl to take her clothes of. She was reluctant to proceed his order so she got a slap on her face 5 seconds before this screenshot and two other girls took of her clothes. She will got spanking next and will be crying.
I dont remember the exact title of the move but it was "school for delinquent girls" or something like that. They are all russians but you can read english translation during the film.
