Notice that prominent "Rubbermaid" pitcher in the pics. Talk about product placement. That could be a new Ad campaign for them. I know I would buy one....

The Rubbermaid pitcher was a little too prominent in one photo. The "product placement" left a lot to be desired; placed right in front of the good stuff!!! Also, the photographer didn't have his priorities straight there. You're right; maybe it's an ad campaign to compete with Tupperware. However, I'd rather go to a Rubbermaid wetdown than a Tupperware party anyday!!! :D

Tupperware party

> go to a Rubbermaid wetdown than a Tupperware party anyday!!! I'm not sure that would always be true. Men often complained that, after the divorce, their ex-wife ended up with all the Tupperware. I ended up with our Tupperware, but doubt my ex-husband even knew what it was. Most of his trips to the kitchen were to get beer, if I was at school. We had a local woman who ran special Tupperware parties for men, about when I got my divorce. The more they bought, the less she wore. She almost always ended up naked. She had special "hostess gifts" for the host of the party, if sales were high enough. Sales were very good, but she eventually was arrested for prostitution, and eventually I think she pled guilty of the reduced charge of lewd conduct. |
