Request: strip city

I am interested in this as well. The title sounds very familiar, I feel like I played it at some point briefly, I just don't know where. I combed through my history but didn't find anything.

I know I did play it while it was in the opening page of "http://project-enf.info/index.php", but I really can't remember what it was about, it didn't leave much of an impression. :confused:
I certainly haven't seen it since. :(
