Got email that sais it's from OCC

I got an email that said it's from webmaster@onclickchicks.com and here's what it said:

Dear solidskull,

Someone has tried to log into your account on One Click Chicks Forum with an incorrect password at least 5 times. This person has been prevented from attempting to login to your account for the next 15 minutes.

The person trying to log into your account had the following IP address: 94.142.245.231

If you would like us to manually reset your password for you, please reply to this e-mail.

This was sent Fri morning and I had not had any failed login attempts before this, I logged in Fri evening with my same pw with no problem and that's not my IP address. I was just wondering if the email was really from you and whether we need to do anything.

Is this a scam??

That is a a standard automatic e-mail that the forum software sends out to notify people if someone tries to login to their account more than 5 times with the wrong password. it does not mean that their account has been accessed or compromised. It's just a courtesy notification.
