Bakers Beach San Francisco
 

I can spot these pix all over by the signs of the golden gate bridge or Marin Headlands, Seacliff or tell-tale fence in front of the dunes. Would love to see them collected here all together. This may be the only nude beach in a major city in the United States. If you've spent time there you'll appreciate the memories when the occasional hot chick strips down without a care in the world.

We were there in April. I have to say it is probably the most non-nude clothing optional beach that we've ever been on. We still stripped down to take pics, but Mrs. BrunettesRule was literally the only naked woman on the beach at that time. Very few other naked guys, too.

Interesting. The weather was great the day we were there. It was unseasonably warm and dry the whole week. But still nobody sunning naked on beach, except to older guys and us. It was either a Friday or Saturday, too. Lots of clothed tourists who probably had no idea we were allowed to be nude there.

I've been impressed with the way that nude beach threads like this one have taken off. The Wreck Beach thread, d'agde thread, and Australian nude beach threads are great examples. Also, we have Blacks Beach thread going. And so.....I'm hauling these over here from my nude beaches in the USA thread. There is a lot of stuff out there. I have more pics on another computer but I can't access it right now. But for example, models frequently pose on the rocks, and the Photozella group from Coccozella has held a photoshoot or two at Baker.

But its true, often you really can't find anyone there when you go. I had the same problem on what seemed like an ideal weekend in April a couple of years ago. Hardly any nudes. And so I guess its just as well we have the pics. I have often wondered if Baker had a golden age (like Blacks in the 1970's) and if there are any retro pics showing massive crowds there. so I'll keep checking back in this thread..

wow. I guess they really did pack them into Baker once upon a time. Don't know when this was taken, but alas - its not naked! Oh well, I thought I would post it anyway. Surely there are pics out there showing robust, NAKED crowds on the beach. Right, guys?

EDIT: this shot maybe was taken west of the usual nude area - in the background there might be naked people, way back towards the east end of the beach.

Most pics in the group pool are either scenery shots, pics of a mostly clothed beach, or pics of single gay guys (dick pics).
That all seems consistent with the way things are most of the time down there. Anyway......
