a quick note about removals

A few times now, mods have been in the firing line as they have removed posts without an explanation to the poster. This topic has been brought up in many threads and we always end up explaining the same thing over and over. Mods on here, all do this job as a hobby. We all have our own lives to lead and are limited to time we spend online. Hopefully we have a good selection of mods from different places who are able to loggon in different time zones. Some members do not realise how much time Mods spend, cleaning up threads, sorting out reported posts, and many other tasks, aswell as also enjoying the forum themselves. We do our best, but we are all human. We sometimes do send a message to a member, if we have removed a post, and explain why, but this is not always the case. If a member contacts a Mod about a missing post, the Mod will always try to give an answer. And on another note, the amount of posts i have removed, and sent a message to the poster, yet i get very few thankyou's in reply for my time.
Anyway, we try our best to keep things running smoothly.

How right you are !!! I'm an admin/mod on another site (Non-competing-it's a car one) and a lot of folks just don't realize how much time it does take to keep a sight cleaned up. Sometimes a PM to a mod asking a question BEFORE will not only get you a responsive answer to your question but could avoid problem down the road. Mods like to enjoy the forum too and remember the only pay they receive is the satisfaction of helping run a great site

I try to folow the rules. But sometimes my fingers walk before my brain gets in gear. I seem to remember getting a few messages and maybe a few things deleted at first. But I am learning. I hit the THANKS button as often as I remember and mean it.
As for that moderator from the bayou he has been very helpful to my wife and I. So let him go ahead and masturbate with one hand and type with the other. He'll get over it when he grows up.:)
Thanks everyone who makes this group fun and fair.

I think what makes it confusing is that the deletions are inconsistent. I see professional and pics from nude-in-public.com or other sites all the time, and they don't get removed. Then I post one and it gets deleted with no explanation, leaving me to wonder how the others made it but mine doesn't.

So I go back to lurking.

If you see something that breaks the rules, please help us out by reporting it so it can be removed.

Thanks
