Flashing (for real) In Public; not simply outdoors

Okay, there's posts here that include girls 'flashing in public', but the majority of them are simply outdoor pics. I'm not looking for back yard pics, unless there's a group of guys enjoying the show. Just taking a pic outside doesn't necessarily categorize it as 'public'. Public means someone is seeing her body. It's assumed that the pic was taken by someone, unless it was taken with a timer or as a selfie, we don't know. But they could have been taken by a girl friend or a spouse, which too doesn't count as 'public'.
What I'm interested in with this thread, is pics showing a girl flashing or showing herself to a guy or guys where there's no doubt he or they are getting a good close look... captured by the person behind the camera. (ie: photo of the back of a guy's head who is staring a a female's body). Pics of girl's obviously walking around in public are okay, because when strangers are in the distance, we can assume they saw her, but close up encounters are what I want to see.
